Pros

If you are new to the industry and want to be thrown into the ocean to learn how to swim then Eden is the place for you!

Cons

If you are a manager who lives on site—you do NOT get paid OT for responding to emergencies unless you accrue more than 19 hours in a month. You also are expected to do A LOT of work that other companies do not expect of their managers, and on top of the additional duties Eden pays some of the lowest wages in the job market for the same positions. Turnover is high across the board, & this is not a company anyone stays at for an extended period of time unless they’re in one of those positions where they really aren’t accountable for much.

Pros

The only good thing is that they offer free apartments to some of their employees. But they are technically not free although they describe them as free. They lower your hourly wage if you accept the apartment.

Cons

Low wages. Extremely large work load. Little to no managerial support. No opportunities for advancement. Shady HR department and Upper Managers are like a little clique that you can never be apart of. DO NOT WORK HERE. You have been warned
