      Excellent opportunities for the students.

      Cons

      Quality of administration and decisions made are causing long term, dedicated employees to leave. Micromanaging, decisions that are not in the best interest for students and lack of trust in teachers of programs and awareness of loyalty of hard working teachers is hurting the programs.

      Cons

      Communication among the organization could be better. Getting individuals to actually read the emails you send them is tough.
