The only genuinely positive aspect of the company is its competitive compensation and job titles, and this seems to be a deliberate strategy to attract talent.

Unfortunately, leadership is often confused, lacks clear vision and fall short of making consistent efforts towards real on-the-ground impact. The focus appears to be more on optics - marketing efforts and polished publications than meaningful results. The most troubling issue, however, is the organizational culture. Toxicity and favoritism are pervasive, and there’s little accountability. This creates an unhealthy work environment that undermines both morale and performance.

1) competitive paymasters one of the best in the industry. 2) lots of innovation and new to industry concepts being experimented with here, so loads of scope for learning and upskilling. 3) Considerate work environment and reasonable work place flexibly provided to employees.
