Awful management - Administrative Edebex Employee Review

Cela fait seulement une semaine que j’ai intégrée l’entreprise, donc il est encore tôt pour avoir un avis complet. Pour l’instant, l’accueil a été positif, l’intégration s’est bien passée et l’ambiance au sein de l’équipe est agréable. La communication semble claire et l’organisation du travail structurée. J’attends de voir comment les choses évolueront sur le long terme, mais mon ressenti est encourageant pour le moment.

This company is very aggressive and not correct! Bad communication, bad management! Poor training, this company wants to make maximum money themselves! I worked for 2 months and without warning I was fired even though I tried very hard. In the past 2 months I have seen 2 colleagues cry due to the workload and colleagues leave without any explanation. In those 2 months I only got old leads and no new leads! I often had to make my plans alone! I had to stalk the customers with many phone calls and emails! Stay away from this devious company from Belgium!

Poor management, poor communication, very high performance pressure!
