Autonomy because there is no leadership support across the business (operations and other departments) Operations culture is cut throat and at the leadership level, pitting staff against one another Work life balance is not promoted Time off is not promoted or respected Time off due to illness/ health is not promoted or respect Clients needs are not addressed in a timely manner Pay scale for field technicians, coordinators and customer service is below market
