Pros
Although there is great pressure and a fast paced turn around for shipping (as per the job) the atmosphere is not too bad. The owners are helpful, nice, understanding. There is no demand of working overtime even if trucks are late. Overall good company.
Cons
They need to hire labor muscle when there is a big order. They could improve staff morale. Maybe a pizza or a surprise 30 minute early on Friday. Or something fun.
