Pros
I joined edyoda even before I graduated from college. I was shocked to see how very less training was provided to us before we started working on deliverables. Being a training company itself, this was irony for me. But, what was amazing how much my manager was ok for me to learn from my failures. The first 6 months were really tough but after that I started getting confidence & the next 3 years i learnt & delivered probably 10+ years of professional person would. I never realized this during my stay there. It took me 3 months in my next job to understand this. Thanks again. Will be happy to join back at leadership position to give back what I got.

Need more process for first 6 months. Many folks fail to understand that & leave.
