Pros

You will learn to do everyone's job

Cons

The company runs on authoritism. There is no empolyee policy, no rules, no clear work plan. The boss is supreme authority and reat every one is slave. Puts pressure to work till 11-12 pm at night. There is no respect for boss towards employees. Often bad mouths about employees to clients and peers. Trics people by giving vague job contracts, doesn't give bonuses or even a bottle of water to drink and prefers one community . Doesn't appreciate the effort of employees. Hiring and firing happens on a daily basis leaving no job stability and zero employee retention policy. No HR to report the injustice. Is interested in office gossip and politics more than working. Will make you work on Saturday nd Sunday and even if you work till night 12 pm , he will expect you to come early in the morning. Will give you more work in fact the whole department's work to you if you prove that you are good employee. I will only recommend those company to my enemies.
