      EctoHR has a strong company culture and is a fun place to work. The company really offers a lot of opportunity for growth and development, as well as exposure to many different industries and facets of HR.

      The pace. It can get very busy and overwhelming, so it takes a very detailed and organized person to be successful.

      Pros

      Working at EctoHR has allowed me to meet some amazing people. No two days are the same, and we get to make an impact on others' lives every day. The Company has a tight knit culture, where everyone is like family. It's an amazing place to work!

      We work hard for our clients so at times it can be very busy!

      Not your typical HR firm. We work hard and we have a lot of fun while doing it. Strong team based environment. There is room for long-term career growth and professional development. We have the ability to work with cool companies and great clients!

      No major cons! Ecto is a great place to work.
