Cons
There isn't a single manager that has any management training. The result is a chaotic and undisciplined environment. There is no room for growth. Title changes have no impact on job duties. They're trying very hard to adopt a corporate mindset - beginning each meeting with reciting the company goals, actually making happiness part of performance reviews, etc
