Not much development of individuals

Mon-Fri schedule, PTO is good

Toxic management, constant downsizing, pay is kind of low for production work in this area but that’s not even the worst part… Work is easy but theres little job security and constant layoffs. Workers are constantly shuffled around because of the frequent downsizing and the company as a whole feels like it’s on shaky ground. Management is unprofessional and favoritism is rampant which creates an unlevel playing field when it comes to accountability.
