The work was emotionally draining at times.

Ecotrust has a wonderful triple bottom line approach to business models. The teams at Ecotrust are very supportive of each other and the differing projects being undertaken.

There is always the struggle to balance doing good with funding what is being done. As with any NFP, there is a constant need for an income stream to fund all projects, which takes up a considerable amount of resources.
