Many talented people Young, energetic culture CEO is warm, fun, & knowledgeable, yet humble. Always willing to perform any task at any level. HR is excellent, which is rare for any company, especially a start up. High growth potential - vertical & horizontal. BOD & investors are very approachable & fairly easy-going considering their stake in the company & the associated risk.

All the usual issues found in start-ups Multiple high-stakes projects occurring simultaneously at a fast pace makes adequate communication challenging Making progress toward becoming a more structured and efficient company, but there will always be some who are resistant. Revenue concentration risk (large portion of revenue from small number of customers).
