No cons in my time there.

The employees have the shared interests of appreciating the natural world. It's a growing company, which allows employees the opportunity to create paths that align with their interests and goals. There are often dogs in the office, which bring laughter and joy. The PTO and benefits are generous and well-received.

Need more procedures and processes created so when an employee leaves, there is documentation to follow.
