      Great team to work with that are smart and motivated Benefits were excellent Room for personal growth and great work-life balance

      Cons

      The product is solid but not enough people to service the products whenever there are issues Major con, the company went bankrupt

      Pros

      What the company was trying to achieve was great, and both the products and projects groups had great people working in them.

      Cons

      The upper management was clueless. As one of the senior engineers, I never spoke with upper management despite being a few feet away every day. They just didn't understand how to make the company profitable, and focusing all their energies on the EVSE side proved to be our demise.

      The idea of what the company stood for was outstanding. The people/customers believing in the company by committing to the products made working for the company worthwhile.

      Disorganized with no clear communication between departments or field personal.
