Management: Their motto is micro-management is the best. They like to control their employees, giving the unsustainable amount of work, and constantly overtime without bonuses. Also, they do not know how to develop their product. They have no plan to follow besides their wishes. Thus, they always tend to ignore the problems caused by their wrong decisions. They are not qualified to run a software company. They have outsourced projects that never end. They can assign to you an outsource project while your colleagues working on your ideas/architectural designs. This is a form of mobbing that forces you to leave the company. Work Style: This is the worst part of the company. They do not have any idea how to write sustainable code. If there is a business need, you have to handle that without thinking about possible side effects or future improvements. They do not have documentation for their own product.
