Flexible hours Work atmosphere inside technical departments is good Not much pressure on average Employees can fight to have some courses approved, but the conditions are draconine
Cons
Incompetent, toxic management Will do anything to get new contracts and renew old ones. Pull down price services, lie, cheat, make promises impossible to fulfill... Management won't mind their employees until some issue arises, then they will pressure inmensely and try to match SLAs. HR department is a joke
