Pros

Some of the cars are very nice to drive. If the planners were any good, it would be a good job.

Cons

Where to start? On my second day I was left stranded in Suffolk at 5:30pm with my planner completely ignoring me. I did not know what to do and had to get home myself, taking nearly four hours. I also had to pay this out of my own pocket. Planning emails are poor. My planner would email and say he's looking for another job. Would not inform me of the fact he had found a job and when I asked him if I should head home, he got short with me and told me I have another job. I looked at the job and collection had to be made by 5pm, over 3.5 hours away. It was gone 2:30 pm and I would not have made it. I was just greeted with a message from him of "not going to make it" So I was left stranded again, hours from home and had to pay to get home AGAIN out of my own pocket. Planning is the big let down with this company. Yes it says somewhere is 2 hours away by public transport, but that doesn't factor in waiting times or any sort of delay. If a bus only appears in a town/village every 1 hour, you cant hit your jobs for the day. You will have to leave home at 6am at the latest and do not plan to be home before 8pm every day. A typical day looked like this. Starting in Buckinghamshire, then driving to Surrey by the coast, your next job is in Leicestershire which you have to get public transport to, then driving over to Cambridgeshire, then public transport to Shropshire, then drive back to Buckinghamshire. It's just not possible. You have to cover the cost of all public transport you use, and then get it back FOUR weeks later. The company asks you to keep your transport costs below £140 a week, which is near impossible when you could be spending 30 hours a week on a train.

Pros

Travelling and learning to travel across the UK and being street smart.

Cons

- Disrespectful Senior Management - Cannot decline jobs as a contractor (Which is illegal btw) - Either their way or you have to figure out how to get home by yourself - Low Pay - Terrible Hours - They embarrass you in a group chat they can only post in on WhatsApp - They speak terrible about their drivers and don't stick up for them when things go wrong. - You supposedly get paid waiting time when collecting a vehicle but I've only had this 1 out of 6 times. It depends who is your planner. - If youre stuck or in a situation. They will not reply to you ASAP even though that their job. - Once it hits 5pm and youre still out on the road. The planners are nowhere to be found. - They say there is a 50/50 split on profits but thats not true. Its clear that its not true, if you look at your invoice you will see that getting £10 for a job you did makes no sense. Which is why they think they take more than 50% and on the invoice they lie. - The care more about their clients than their contractors. - Youre home around 7pm if you do 2 drop offs in a day. Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Even if you need the money. You will not be happy.
