-- nice colleagues, smart people -- accomodates outside requirements such as extra leave for exam period, language courses abroad, studies abroad -- interesting topics, ability to choose freely within a certain range -- work-life balance great and they compensate for hours worked overtime
Cons
-- sometimes self-referential in topic choice -- not exactly cutting-edge science -- not really consulting work, more think tank work
