Pros
Top, internationally recognised research institute, with outstanding colleges, research facilities and instrumentation. Flexible working hours, team spirit. Very good and competent technical team, which makes daily work particularly effective.
Cons
Although the team is increasingly international, the working language is rather French than English. Researchers are expected to communicate in French, even if they plan to stay for a few months. As in many countries, for foreigners it is almost impossible to get a permanent contract. Bureaucracy is high.
