Pros

I've had the pleasure of working for Ecolane for over 2 1/2 years. One of the biggest pros is the ability to work remotely. Since it's 75% travel, would be difficult to have a personal life, if Ecolane didn't allow me to work from home when not on the road. The people, our team, from the top down are first rate and make you feel a part of something. The knowledge that the company employing you in growing rapidly. This had lead to many advancement opportunities for several employees, including myself.

Cons

Company Growth can be difficult, and getting new, fresh resources ready to be leaders, takes time.

Having had the opportunity to work for and with many of our competitors, I can unequivocally say that our focus at Ecolane is truly on our customers. Ecolane builds in a focus on client retention and satisfaction throughout our business processes with a goal of ensuring the smallest agency to the largest, from the oldest client to the newest, get the same level of excellent service. We do the majority of our hiring for management positions from within the organization so the opportunities as our company grows are always there. We reward hard work and excellence with responsibility and new challenges so that our team is advancing both personally and professionally.

Cons

We have been a rapidly growing company for years and the struggle is always in finding and retaining those employees that share both a heart for service and the skill set and drive to deliver at a high level.
