Other employees are really nice, and hours are set each week. Day shift makes 9.00/hr and night make 9.25/hrs more than 30 different languages are spoken at the factory.
Cons
Employees aren’t treated well or respected- I was In sash department and glass house as the night shift glass dealer and I was constantly ending up with bronchitis from the fibers and glass in the air- the masks to protect your face from glass debree when throwing damaged glass in dumpsters were in really bad condition most of them were broken. They have more than 3 OSHA violations that happen in the sash dept alone daily from my 2 months working there. The HR came to me at my college and I was recommended by multiple faculty members and anytime I mentioned things that were safety violations or gave suggestions it was frowned upon. Would not recommend.
