- Low pay and no additional perks - Work on Sundays and evenings for LATAM employees - Outdated and poor onboarding documentation and processes - Disorganized processes and misalignment of expectations - Leads often lack collaboration and communication skills - Toxic culture: employees face blame, public criticism, and inappropriate comments.
