Great company - Training Manager Eco Elite Pest Control Employee Review

I've worked for non-pest control companies before I got into pest control. I was former military (Active and National Guard). Needed a better job so my best friend said Eco Elite was hiring at the time. The Owner and employees were very friendly.

There was no real 'Cons' while working for Eco Elite Pest Control. Unless you mess up big time. Which that is pretty much any job out there. Another Con is if you live too far away it could be a commute to the office, even though you're given a work truck to take home. Some routes when you start are far from home, but eventually after time you end up with a route closer to your home.

Outright best reasons to come work with us would have to be the fact that even though none of us are truly related, we really do have a core group of employees basically functioning as a family. Consistently working together and helping one another to achieve the quality our customers have come to expect from us. Our senior and office management has more experience in the industry than most other companies. They provide us all the necessities and then some to do our jobs, every time. To top it all off, the owner himself is available day in and day out making sure that not only all the customers are satisfied but also the employees. Ive worked with Brandon and his company a few years and I don't think I know a more giving person. He is outright one of the strongest leaders and hardest working people I've known in my life. After being in this industry for 7 years I wouldn't want to work for another person, or another company.

Our office is located in Kent Washington, unfortunately if don't live in the area you will be required to commute to us a few times a week.
