So sorry to hear that your time spent with Eclipse was not satisfactory.
There seems to be a lot of false information here though, so perhaps I can clarify a bit.
Eclipse offers and displays a superior level of respect to all of its employees, regardless of backgrounds, titles, experiences, etc. The balance of work/life we maintain, the vast opportunities we offer dedicated to personal and professional improvement, and even how we compensate our employees are all above local and national averages, which is supported by the fact that we were recently noted as one of the "101 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For."
We do in fact offer all of our employees (minus interns) health benefits, which can immediately go into effect. Bonuses dedicated to commission, retention, etc. are all offered one month after a particular quarter has ended, which is pretty standard.
