      Nothing as such other than salary hike you'll get as a new joinee.

      Cons

      Too many.....Office politics , bad management people, egoistic boss and jail like security. not a healthy environment for work and creativity.

      Pros

      Good Place for Fresher, Good Environment..!! Good salary package pickup - drop & food facility. Great infra structure, latest technology devices to experience.

      Cons

      Foolish UK Managers are making the company worse. Depending upon one client. Your profile will mostly change; but on paper, it will remain same. So your entire tenure experience in the company will be in vain. As you can't show in your next company what profile you use to do.
