The staff and higher ups are very helpful and take the time to give you their insight on the various projects you are tasked with. Management really tries to take into account the work/life balance.
Cons
None outside of the ordinary. There are times you will be facing deadlines, but they tend to keep you out of those situations when you are a new engineer.
