The project I'm working on is called Integrated Road Accident Database (iRAD) Meetings with the stake holders of the four departments i.e Police Department, Health Department, Transport Department and Highway Department give you a lot of knowledge other than work.
Cons
The project is a starting project. So, although we have given a lot of trainings to the concerned personel of the four departments involves, the project takes a lot of time to progress forward progressively. A lot of efforts is required from us in order to push the concerned personel to drive the project forward. In some cases, the concerned we donot get their full cooperation, so the project is stucked.
