      Great honest hearted core group of people who are willing to innovate and stategize

      Cons

      Massive layoffs and more still incoming. Poor messaging in the reasons behind the layoffs. You will always be a number and there's no sense of empathy from top management

      Not sure if everyone will get one. I received a nice brand new truck to drive, credit card to pay for gas, water, Gatorade and any tools and supplies I needed. Great experience
