Pros
You learn fast. You learn stuff they can't teach in school. Normal work-hours (max 40h/week, sometimes less). You get to do a bit of everything in the fields of Data engineering, Data science and Machine learning. Great afterworks in restaurants every month, payed by the company.
Cons
Long projects, it takes time to build what we build. Even if we say we are a machine learning company, most of what we do lies outside that description.
