Pay is low compared to other insurers, lack of development opportunity once you get to a certain point

Ethical company with a great culture. Colleagues are supportive generally and department and overall leadership team (e.g Managing Director) are both credible and approachable. Pay and benefits are good.

Recent changes are taking the company in a far more corporate direction and this needs to be monitored to prevent becoming "just another insurer". Training and development opportunities are extremely limited if you are not an underwriter.
