I have joined ebizon as a fresher on March 2013, I have completed around 2 years at ebizon and left on April 2015, during this period, I have learned so much skills here like Corona, Construct2, Phonegap, Magento, Wordpress, Linux, Git, Node etc. but i have given my most of the development effort to the project Mofluid, that is an awesome product, respect the idea of the CEO. 1. Good Salary Structure (If you work good and management have a clear visibility on you task) 2. Better Place to learn and growth your skills (if you also want) 3. Best Tools they used like Git, Assembla, Redmine, GreytHR, Basecamp, Jenkins etc 4. No Politics between employees
Cons
1. Every Development companies have work pressure due to tight deadline same as here, that is why most of the time you have to late stay but now they are improving this culture. 2. After 2-3 Years, I think same kind of task you have to do. 3. For New Joinee, It may be difficult to adjust according to the project (if you have less skills)
