Pros
lunch while you get berated at the monthly employee of the month meeting. You would win $200 dollars if she liked you that week. Everyone would get told how worthless they are during the meeting. We cried over our pizza from Costco. If you can survive here, you can do anything. like boot camp for aspiring business people with out a degree.
Cons
The owner treats people like they're trash. Her mood depends on how you will be perceived each day. Added cameras over your work stations and would call if she didn't like what you said on the phone and talk to you like a child. Yells and stomps feet like a child throwing a tantrum. Was routinely told I was no good at my job, yet received raises and bonuses each year. If you call in sick they call and harass you or send a manager to drive by your house with a sense of ownership over your life. Tells employee's to work overtime with no pay. Was instructed as "Salary" you need to work more than 40 hours per week to earn your paycheck. Salary was less than salary regulations with out commission. No commission base at all. Lofty, impossible goals to get a carrot off in the distance. Very, very limited market supplying contractor supply locations. Was expected to bring in new products but nothing outside the box. Not much has changed in the last 50 years for plumbing, electrical and hvac in the fasteners side. Just who sells and markets them.
