      Meaningful work, great values, a fun and rewarding job, great work life balance, awesome benefits for everything except health insurance, which is still mediocre. Place a priority on staff well being, which leads to quality care and the best staff in the business.

      Cons

      Pay is about average. The areas that overlap with fairview need work and aren't priortized. Especially tech support and their HR team.
