Pros
There is a great culture of teamwork. I feel that I have had the opportunity to learn what it means to be a team-player and anticipate the needs of both my residents and co-workers. Also, I have been very impressed with management!
Cons
Pay could be more competitive, although it is comparable to other similar facilities in the area. I would take a great work culture over a large paycheck any day.
