Great financial assistance program- Scholarship for education program . Great nursing team. Work collaboratively together and willing to help out if you ask for help. The residents are nice too.
Cons
Turn around time is fast for RNs causing shortage of staff. Sometimes leadership positions get mixed up. Don't know who is who. The job descriptions of administrative personnel need to be clearly stated.
