Pros
The pay is good for the amount of work you do.
Cons
-Do not expect the HR dept to do anything about your situations. -Unpaid 30 min lunch -Benefits are terrible -Salaried employees get paid for 86 hours in 2 weeks, so anything after THAT is overtime. -Management has no clue as to what is going on. -The rules are over-ridden for certain people. -Nobody listens to anything you have to say about problems with the job. -You will work Mon-Sat, literally no exceptions -There is NO such thing as sick days, so please, dont be sick. -You work with a bunch of people who dont want to work. -The place is all about quality until a whole batch of parts are messed up and we have no more, then the bad parts are still used. So much for quality, huh? -They claim to be all about your safety and family comes first, but thats the biggest lie you will hear. -New people get paid more than others, depending on if youre liked, you might even get more vacation. -If you know someone that works there, you will get hired on faster just for knowing them. Therefore, the "you have to be there 6 months until youre hired on" doesnt apply to you. *My biggest CON: I was written up for missing days. I had a family member pass away, I let them know, and was not granted any type of grievance. Instead, when I came back to work, I got a write up. Thanks, guys.
