      Good co-workers. Free lunch. Easy to get to location wise.

      Terrible management. Lack of any sufficient training. Unprofessionalism at every corner you go. Absence of any health and safety precautions for a new employee. Gossip gossip gossip.

      Pros

      Decent community and work environment, huge team so you’ll definitely meet some interesting people. Good for gaining early experience in the restaurant industry

      Cons

      Volume is unpredictable and inconsistent, so you have to be prepared to either be in the weeds with minimal assistance from management or ready to idle for 3 hours with two walk-ins per hour and no reservations. And the tourists are exceptionally insufferable here
