Great place and co-workers, not so great company - Front End Associate Eataly Employee Review

Bad company culture, managers not interested in fostering mutual loyal and honest relationships with the employees - everybody is replaceable when they feel like it. Compensation is not adequate for the amount of work, benefits are not great, parking is expensive. Uptight clientele for the most part also does not help.
