Pros

- most of the coworkers are friendly and kind, happy to work with them. - employee discounts. - free food or drinks depending on the department you're in.

Cons

- provide me with 20hr/week even i'm full time. - meals at stuff room are not always the best and most of the time the meals are way too salty. - need to handle rude and stupid customers all the time. - don't trained new employees properly, they except old employees to train the new ones which is simply not part of my job description. - when i first working at this place, no uniform is being provide, you have to pay them out of your pocket but finally they are giving us uniforms nowadays. - poor communications (sometimes the management team decide to do something new or lunching new products, often times they don't send out emails to inform the employees, they just expect us to find out by ourselves) - expect you to work on every saturdays and sundays. - overpriced products all around the store but they paid their employees relatively low (where did the money go?) - HR do nothing when employees loss their personal belongings in the locker room, someone apparently knock off the lock and steal things that doesn't belong to them. - only upper management team (i.e. manager from all departments) have free foods and drinks (coffee) but why? i think all the employees deserve them. - don't value people who works hard.

Pros

Amazing managers who listen and care for their employees

Cons

None! Best job I’ve had and would work there 100% hands down if I still lived in the city. It gets insanely busy but it comes with the territory

Pros

Decent community and work environment, huge team so you’ll definitely meet some interesting people. Good for gaining early experience in the restaurant industry

Cons

Volume is unpredictable and inconsistent, so you have to be prepared to either be in the weeds with minimal assistance from management or ready to idle for 3 hours with two walk-ins per hour and no reservations. And the tourists are exceptionally insufferable here
