      Pros

      The people and culture at Eataly was the highlight of my experience. Everyone was very supportive and enjoyed each others company and team effort.

      Cons

      Host/Hostess were told that tips would be included in our pay however it was a very insignificant percentage of the pool.

      Amazing managers who listen and care for their employees

      None! Best job I’ve had and would work there 100% hands down if I still lived in the city. It gets insanely busy but it comes with the territory
