      Preference given to Italians Poor communication throughout the company Preach internal growth opportunities, but in reality employees are undervalued and many managers don't want to help employees advance in their careers

      None! Best job I’ve had and would work there 100% hands down if I still lived in the city. It gets insanely busy but it comes with the territory
