      Pros

      There are always opportunities to work in different areas of the store. It is a place to increase food knowledge and a place to grow.

      Cons

      Contacting management is sometimes difficult as they are very busy as well around the store. The pay is a little low for being a corporation.

      Pros

      Decent community and work environment, huge team so you’ll definitely meet some interesting people. Good for gaining early experience in the restaurant industry

      Cons

      Volume is unpredictable and inconsistent, so you have to be prepared to either be in the weeds with minimal assistance from management or ready to idle for 3 hours with two walk-ins per hour and no reservations. And the tourists are exceptionally insufferable here
