      Pros

      It's a fun, lively environment. The storewide discount is awesome! If you like being around people, and answering lots of questions, this is the place for you. The quality of the food and products is exceptional. I was studying Italian when I worked here, and it was fun to communicate with native speakers!

      Cons

      There is very little communication between the restaurants in the store. If you hate walking behind crowds, you will struggle here- it can be very overwhelming and intense. Also, the employee area in the basement is a little depressing.

      We appreciate your honest evaluation of your Eataly experience. Being a tourist destination, the store can sometimes be very crowded when trying to navigate and interact with other departments. We are in the process of giving our break room a face lift and will have a more inviting space coming soon!

      Pros

      Decent community and work environment, huge team so you’ll definitely meet some interesting people. Good for gaining early experience in the restaurant industry

      Cons

      Volume is unpredictable and inconsistent, so you have to be prepared to either be in the weeds with minimal assistance from management or ready to idle for 3 hours with two walk-ins per hour and no reservations. And the tourists are exceptionally insufferable here
