      Great people to work with. Always something to do. Busy, but nothing too insane.

      Cons

      Upper management says a lot, but does not follow up often. Not much room to grow, and anyone there will tell you so.

      Pros

      Decent community and work environment, huge team so you’ll definitely meet some interesting people. Good for gaining early experience in the restaurant industry

      Cons

      Volume is unpredictable and inconsistent, so you have to be prepared to either be in the weeds with minimal assistance from management or ready to idle for 3 hours with two walk-ins per hour and no reservations. And the tourists are exceptionally insufferable here
