Pros

work from home and good teammates

Cons

Extremely problematic leadership and management practices. The CEO demonstrates toxic behavior including verbal abuse toward employees. The organization has experienced mass layoffs and lacks fundamental departments – no HR team, no product managers. The CEO personally handles all major decisions. Team leads appear to prioritize their compensation over team welfare, even tolerating abusive treatment from leadership. This creates a culture where colleagues cannot support each other. Zero paid holidays offered. Daily work updates must be submitted via Excel spreadsheets with no proper planning or process – development direction changes based on CEO's whims. Invasive time tracking monitors activity down to the second. If your mouse remains inactive for 15 minutes, you must complete a justification form or lose that day's pay entirely. Work-from-home is the only positive aspect, but it comes with significant trade-offs. I understand compensation matters, but I strongly advise prospective employees to avoid this organization. The work environment is deteriorating rapidly and these conditions are unsustainable.
