      Pros

      Open door policy, my family all live in Pa, so my team members are my family, we all get along well, and care about each other. It makes work fun. I also decorate the drive thru for every holiday, and I dress up for each holiday. The guest really love this.

      Computers freeze a lot, it is frustrating
