      Pros

      You get to meet new people (trainers from all over especially ) Overall fun job

      Cons

      Vacation time doesn't roll over (even if it is impossible for you to actually use it) Benefits are garbage Get a higher starting pay AND less hours at most other places They require you to work 55 hours but only pay you for 40 hours when salaried
