Pros

Great colleagues (really). Huge learning curve and plenty of room to move to another department, due to the high, unnecessary and sometimes unreasonable turnover rate. Good company as a stepping stone only. Also great to work for if you are a clueless person, especially when comes to contributing of ideas. Best working culture for yes man.

Cons

Boss is full of great dreams and imaginations which will be implemented at very short notice with little to no discussion at all. Loves to use your salary as collateral (salary deduction) and always given unreasonable timeline for achievement. Don't bother providing feedback too. Any feedback the boss deem personal or non-cooperative, YOU ARE DOOMED! If target are met, rewards are pathetic. Join only if you love to "pay to work" and not "work to get paid".

Pros

working remote, flexible time, coworker is ok

Cons

I had a negative experience working at this company. The management style, especially from William, felt very harsh and lacked empathy toward employees. Staff can be dismissed very suddenly, which creates a stressful atmosphere. The bonus policy is not very competitive, and the working environment was not positive in my experience. I also feel the company may face layoffs in the future. I would not recommend joining this company based on my experience.

Pros

Flexible fully remote and work from home is the only pros.

Cons

Low increment and bonus from year by year, not even 1 month bonus able afford by the company. No other benefits like dental, optical, insurance or extra allowance. The SOP of job is not clear, CEO love u-turn of his decision, sometimes you will need to keep stand by double job, or scold by him when he forgot what he saying before. CEO always do something illegal, and force the employee to do the same. Cash flow not stable from year to year, current CFO is totally no leadership for handle, only a 'Yes Man'.
