      Met few good persons during your tenure. Many of us got closer due to the fact we experienced almost similar disappointing moments at the workplace.

      Not much to say at the moment unfortunately, except for the WFH and salary is ok,

      The CEO's insistence on maintaining control and involvement in every detail, despite lacking expertise in all departments, is hindering effective management. While recognizing the CEO's ownership of the company, the failure to hire specialized staff and constant micromanagement is counterproductive. Acknowledging that employees may possess valuable insights and expertise, a more collaborative and trust-based approach to management is recommended.
